Tips For Google AdSense Affiliate Marketing
Posted by: | CommentsYou can make a lot of use of the traffic that is coming to your site thanks to SEO and PPC efforts through affiliate marketing; and make a lot of money at the same time. If you are using Google Adsense, what this means is that any time someone clicks on any of the ads that Google has put on your site, you are earning a commission. Depending on the click that is going to Google, this can be anywhere from pennies to dollars that you are earning at any one time; either way, it isn’t going to be a whole lot. On the other hand, if they are paying you more in commission for the click than you paid to get it, you are going to be making money.
Remember, you want to pay less for the click than Google Adsense is going to be paying you for it. You have to find ways to get traffic on your site that will be willing to use long-tail search terms that you have paid very little for. For example, let’s say that your site is promoting DUI Attorney, or some click that is equally high-dollar. Since that runs about $30 for each click on Google, your commission from AdSense is going to be much higher than if you were advertising for something which only cost $5 a click.
So, you’ve discovered a low-cost long-tail search term keyword, such as ‘DUI Attorney Pasadena CA’. When you place a bid for a position that is lower, for example 25 cents for each click, you have hopes that these less expensive clicks will draw an audience to your website.
From there, you hope that what you offer on your site is more value-added (Like a site with DUI articles, or local Pasadena traffic articles) … attracts that person to click your AdSense ad, where you get paid say $1 per click. In this example, you are getting a large return on your .25, but it is incredibly risky … can be very costly if it doesnt work out and will cost you $$ if 4 out of 5 people dont convert. Many people have tried buying clicks at a low cost, then essentially reselling on their own site, but have had little success. The point here is it will take you a lot of time, trial … error, and money to get the right recipe to profit from this.
If you are going to put that much time into this effort, why not focus it on SEO for those same long-tail keywords? If you optimize your page right, you can still do the same work for less competitive words, and come up organically. Then it doesnt matter as much what your CTR is, and will cost you a lot less $$. The only thing you are spending is your time. Once that initial time investment is over, then it cannot cost you any money out of your pocket ” Whether it works or not!

Posted by: | CommentsWhen it comes to selling attorney advertising on the internet, Pay Per Click Advertising on Google, or Google AdSense are excellent marketing choices. There’s so many different ways of internet advertising, but a lot of folks haven’t been informed, or just aren’t cognizant of them yet. And many are less costly than the major ones everyone knows about. You still need to be aware of how lawyer marketing works so you’re not throwing your money away, or just breaking even.
Most likely, you have already seen PPC Advertising in action on the Internet. Briefly, Pay Per Click Advertising places your advertisements positions ads for your business on popular Search Engines. Google, Yahoo, MSN or others like them will display your advertisements at the top or right side of their pages. Other variables may apply, but the exact positioning of the ads depend on a bidding system where you bid against other businesses for the top slots on a page. This limits your charges to only those times when a potential customer responds to your online ad by clicking on it.
If done correctly, you can target your ad to specific keyword terms and put your ads right in front of people who are actively searching for what you sell! However, if done poorly, it is a way to quickly drain your credit card … cost you valuable money, time and effort. This article isnt about PPC best practices, and we cover that in other articles, but more to show you the additional places to put your money on the internet.
Another way to market on the internet is to advertise on someone elses business site. This can be more expensive since youre buying banner space on their website. But you need to make sure to do your homework on the site before moving forward. Make sure you analyze your target market for your products, and make sure that site attracts that specific potential prospect. This is an obvious example, but dont buy banners ads to advertise your Attorney Services on a Car Enthusiasts website. You also need to know what you are paying for: Are you paying for impressions (views of your ad), are you paying for clicks, are you paying for conversions (such as contact to you via email)? All these are critical elements you need to know before spending your money.
Consider a variety of marketing choices on the internet before you start investing your money or your time. Doing your homework ahead of time will put you in a position to utilize the internet to your advantage and make big money in the process.

Posted by: | CommentsThere is no doubt about it, the internet is better than the old-school ads that lawyers used to use like yellow books, newspapers … even TV in some areas. The internet is by far the best place for clever Attorney Marketing experts to get the internet clients over other lawyers in their backyard. Good news – if you haven’t started marketing your law firm on the web yet, you haven’t lost too much ground, and can still make money. Here are strong suggestions to get you new clients from the internet:
1. SEO, SEO, SEO. Start to SEO your website. You are missing out on people looking specifically for you every day. There are literally thousands of searches every month by someone looking for an Employment Lawyer (or your area of law) in Riverside (or your city). Bottom line, you need to be found on the search engines, ideally the first page. That is what SEO does for you. If done well, SEO will get you on the first page for the most-searched keywords potential clients are using to find an attorney.
2. Spend The Money For A Pro In Legal SEO – Yes, there are many things that you can do on your own to help your cause, but there is only so much improving of your meta tags, improving your headings, bolding your text and other simple optimization techniques you can do yourself. Why do people hire you? Because you know what you are doing. Whatever money you spend on a good SEO Consultant for Law Firms is money well spent. But do your research. Don’t just hire a local company who says they ‘know’ optimization. Make sure they are good at optimizing legal websites, as lawyer sites are very competitive and difficult to get on page one.
3. Is Your Web Site Impressive? – Think like an Attorney Marketing Professional. Don’t go on the cheap for this one. You are competing with others who know the value of first impressions. Think of your site as a something to bring you clients. The real goal of your lawyer marketing is to get them to call you. A good site will capture the searchers who are looking for you on Google and don’t know who you are yet, but make sure you keep the referrals that others lawyers pass on to you!
Do the people you’re looking to hire have an optimized site? Go to Google and type in Attorney Marketing, or Lawyer SEO. If their own web site shows up for those highly-searched lawyer marketing terms, then they probably have the ability to get your web site ranked high too. Depending on your city and practice area, (some like Criminal are more competitive than others) you could expect to pay thousands of dollars a month or more for a good SEO professional. If all those searchers are looking for you, would you get at least 1 to 2 clients a month? What would you make from cases like that?
Another attorney refers you a case, where are they going to go to look YOU up? Absolutely! The web! So when they type your name into Yahoo, be certain that what they see is something you are proud of. The last thing you want is for someone to be so disinterested with your image that once they find you, they go back to Yahoo and find your competitors.

Posted by: | CommentsEmail is the most powerful and efficient way to keep in contact with your customers, however it is also where people make the most mistakes ” potentially driving away those customers. Used correctly, it is the most personal online medium, and can keep those clients up to three times longer than other ways. When someone gives you their email address, it is a measure of their trust. But abuse that trust, and you can kiss that customer good bye!
What types of information should you be gathering from a customer? An email address is probably the easiest, yet most important, piece of information you can get! I don’t know of anyone who would argue with the idea that it is easier to get someone’s email address than to sell a $1,000 product on the spot. By giving you their email address, a potential customer is giving you permission to contact them for free.
Tips for Successful Emailing:
1. Make your correspondence personal in nature. Most people can spot an impersonal note a mile away, and this will almost always send otherwise receptive clients running the other direction. Many people simply fail at customer service because they are not sincere and personable in their emails. Write to the potential customer as an individual. Talk to them as one person, rather than addressing the company they work for, etc. Make sure not to let your email sound like a mass email sent to a generic group of people.
2. Make sure your name appears in the “From” line of your email. People respond much more favorably to an actual person sending an email, so they are more likely to take the time to read it. Since you’ve already learned to keep the content of your email personal in approach, it follows that a personal approach should be the first thing they see when they receive the email in their inbox. Keep your email from looking like spam. Use words and phrases in your subject line that let them know your email is not spam. This will dramatically increase the odds of their reading it.
3. Your Subject Line Should be Provocative. The content of your subject line needs to be relevant to the reader to avoid sounding like spam. Keep in mind, though, that if a person already clicked on your ad they are obviously interested in what you have to offer. Use your Subject Line to remind them of this. An example of a bad subject line is “RE: Your Contact To US.” “What can we do for you? Client Services getting back to you regarding your question” is much better. It does not sound uptight or over-the-top, which would turn a lot of people off, but it also does not sound like spam.
Be sure to keep each email individualized to what that particular person is interested in, and specifically related to what you are offering them. Long-term customers are just around the corner if you commit yourself to making good use of these indispensable points of email etiquette.
